I work with a very mild mannered 19 year old girl who comes from a strongly religious Catholic family; let's call her Anny.

Anny, is just on the verge of her party years and she has got the goods to party it up IF she wanted to. Great body, pretty face, she has braces too, when they come off you'll be looking at a bare minimum 8.

Anny does not wear much if any make up. Anny does not have a cell phone. Anny works in the same labour intensive environment as me and is easily one of the hardest working and efficient employees here. There is computer calculated forms to prove it. She has never been involved or gravitated toward ANY workplace drama.

She is soft spoken, polite and also oddly enough doesn't have any close friends she hangs out with at work. She does her job and is more mature than any other girl I have met for her age.

She is very likely a virgin and there is even a good chance she hasn't even kissed a guy before. She doesn't give off lesbian vibes either but her closed off nature prevents me from really understanding her.

Yes, I have attempted to flirt her up and take her out but she declined. She was not offended or emotional about it and we have maintained a positive working relationship and have even given her help with direction on replacing tail lights on her car at her request.

I've held frame, do not supplicate or actively pursue her. My best conclusion about her stems from her highly religious upbringing. As I am an atheist, and 9 years older there is undoubtedly incompatibility between us in her mind.
