I find it helps to have a stretching routine. I do this one 3-4 times a day. Other than that, having projects or hobbies outside of the computer help. Gardening season is coming up on us so it might be time to start making some raised beds ;-)
Taking walks around beautiful parks/nature areas is a great way to get out as well. If you have a nice camera on your phone, try taking some pictures of your favorite views.

Those aren't addictions. Those are normal useful things. YOU, the person, are the source of addiction whereas normal people can use the Internet for money and work, use porn as decorations / entertainment, eat food without getting fat or eating all junk food, go gamble at a slot machine then walk away and never do it again in their life...
it is YOU. You have to embrace challenge and to re-shape your mind and body to CRUSH challenge. Until you do that you will always seek escape.
For me there is no time-wasting. I will spend hours on the Internet but it's always learning new things about coding, about machines, about cooking, about exercises, about prices for things I need and in particular, online flyers for groceries.
