Not necessarily. Unless your approach game sometimes leads to restraining orders then yea avoid coworkers and what not. As long as you can talk to girl without ruining your reputation then go for it. I get flirty with girls I work with but I don't fuck them. I'll fuck classmates tho.

Well first of all, you need to distinguish between approach to get laid or approach to talk.

Approach to just talk: Approach every woman you see. Young girls, women, grandmas, all of them. Talk, vibe, make them laugh, and then excuse yourself and go about your day. This will help you get over approach anxiety. And actually, you should set a goal of talking to at least 5 females per week.

Approach to get laid: No coworkers or classmates. That way lies madness and ruin. No matter what happens, you will be blamed.
