He probably is gay and Is fighting against due to his religious beliefs. All you can do as his older brother is support him and keep giving him advice.

He's most likely struggling with attraction to men and feeling a tremendous amount of guilt about it via religion, social expectations in that area, etc. You should support your brother and let him know that he can talk to you about anything.

Incoming rant since I know this bullshit is going to come from some people:

There is absolutely nothing anti-RP or inherently wrong about a man wanting to fuck other men. Every single bit of the problems rational people have against it come from things like how ridiculously unsafe/irresponsible a shitload of dudes are. When you combine things like AIDS with a bunch of gay dudes who have no problems fucking a bunch of people, it creates problems for that bunch of gay dudes. That doesn't mean that wanting to fuck men is what inherently creates these problems, but instead it's the lack of responsibility and accountability that creates them.

There are also a lot of people who have this mistaken belief that somehow homosexual and bisexual men are much more likely to become child molesters. Unless you include "studies" where numbers were literally pulled out of the researchers' asses with no mention of where said numbers actually came from, there are no studies to support this in any case. Pedophilia has been shown over and over again to be an attraction to children largely regardless of gender anyfuckingway.
