Hey TRP,

A year ago, I opened a restaurant that was doing pretty well but not nearly well enough compared to my old corporate pay cheque so I decided to open up a second spot with a different concept. My initial plan was to jump back and forth managing between the two and make some decent coin. Sadly, the new spot has done so poorly that I am now the only person who works here. I sold my moderately successful spot to try to keep this thing afloat and even sold a portion of this new spot to try to keep it going.

At this point, I'm just dejected. Think I've had 4 orders all day today and just want to throw in the towel. I've sank probably 40k of borrowed money into (cc and line of credit.. worked with my other spot :S) this spot and feel like just declaring bankruptcy and walking away.

Im in the process of getting a liquor license which I think will save it (barring some inspectors fucking me, in which case I'll have to shut down anyways), but that could take months and I could go bankrupt even before that arrives.

I've literally pulled every sized horse shoe out of my ass and it just doesn't seem good enough. It doesn't seem like I can do anything to get this place going. Worst of all, food and beverage isn't even my passion. I wanted to use these properties to eventually build a holding company and keep growing. Just feel like I'm better off going back to corporate land.

What would you do TRP? I pretty much only have a few months of buffer before I'm flat broke. Should I keep pushing or drop it and regrouput?
