Sorry, but this obsession with being alpha is pitiful. Just make yourself better. Thats it. Work out, study, hustle, improve your skills, socialize, network, experience life. Get a haircut that looks good. Dress in clothes that compliment your body.

Alpha/Beta isn't binary, its a spectrum. And perception of alpha/beta -ness varies for every person as well.
