Hi guys,

(bold for quick-read)

One example: I read into lifting and the different types such as Bodybuilding, Powerlifting etc. I am torn between things like Isolation or Compound movements- so I spend hours reading on them.

The same things with education/career (which qualification/job/route do I follow), which car to buy etc. always torn between options.

When it comes to women, I have numerous options from which I could approach (but never get with - I am beta FA w/ vcard).

It seems all the decisions I make have bad results, but when others make decisions for me, things work out better. I am lifting more, eating better and trying to bulk, gaining confidence (I tend to mumble/speak softly).

Another thing (because I am beta w/ vcard) is my actions towards women and people in general. I tend to not speak to some people first, as I feel they don't appreciate me being around them. By my logic, if they speak to me first, they enjoy my prescence.

This flows into my approach strategy (none) and I don't approach women (I am maybe a 4/10 skinny kunt) because it will make them uncomfortable. But if they speak to me first, it shows they are interested a little (whether platonic/romantic).

Because I never had a GF, I am worried about the decisions I would make should I get one (yeah right). In all honesty, if there was a step by step guide it would be much better. Approach, get #, take on date, etc..

But I fear the decisions I would then make with her, I don't know where to begin in a relationship. What do I get her for special occasions, where do I take her, how often should I date her (once a week?) I live with parents so paranoid/embarrased they would know what we were up to (even if we didn't yet have sex, I know that my parents would know what happens next), embarrased/afraid to even get rubbers etc (my parents knowing that I'm going to clinic to pick some up). Then when it comes to sex, what do I do? (I know the basics) but with foreplay and things, the women will 9/10 guarenteed more experienced than me, and disappointed I don't know what to do. I can't just ask "hey where do I stick it". No amount of internet reading prepares you.

Maybe I'm just paranoid/immature about everything. I opted out of being in my yearbook too (wtf I am that autistic? only 20 y/o) , not on social media. Even if I was, I fear my parents would read too much into what I do (why I don't go out much). I know AWALT and not to give a fk but I am always aware of my surroundings and observe everything to every last detail.

I know 48 LoP mention "Say less than necessary" but it seems I am overly quiet and when in groups I sometimes fear joining in, like I want to keep on being the shy guy. I also feel I rarely make progress, I am either naturally good at something or not. Football, skateboaring, lifting, socialising - No Education, running, video games - yes Either my progress is slower than I hoped or I am lifting wrong.

TLDR: AskTRP, can you please share some advice on how to make better decisions and how I can keep growing and adapting to life?

Many thanks, PnrGgntrRed
