Where does the book say that? I've read it twice and have never taken that from it.

It's mostly psychological. If you're measuring the four categories in SGM, you'll do fine, unless you're really small. Also, the position is important. It seems to only happen with my girl in doggie style and similar positions, but you may have different results. Just be really dominant leading up to and during the act and you'll be fine. But the dominance has to exist from the start of your relationship, at least on a deep level. Otherwise you're just acting, and she won't be fully immersed mentally. Girls put guys in mental boxes, and it's pretty much impressive to move from kind, compassionate guy to dominant manly man. So pay attention to what position works best for her, and if it's not too late, be very dominant. Don't be afraid to cause her a little physical pain.

That's the problem, if you are focused on making her orgasm she's not going to due to the pressure. you have to become good enough at sex to where you just do what you do as a master without even thinking about it. What turns girls on the most is when you effortlessly perform without even trying.

Some women can orgasm only from clit stimulation or only vaginal or only anal. Some from more than one, some from all, some none at all.

You can get off most women who have clitoral orgasm even with fucking. Lot of position allow grinding her clit area during pounding, which will help her to climax. Or using fingers during pounding.

Finally even if girl cant get off from pounding or at all, she needs and will enjoy regular quality dicking from man she wants. If not, she is asexual, dominant, fetishist or other exception.
