I struggle to make friends. If I ask people to hang out, they say they're busy/hanging out with their gf/visiting their cousin etc. I tried various sports, attending music school, festivals, gatherings and so on. Pretty much everything I could afford. Whenever I talk to men, they ignore me and don't care about what I say. People don't have a reason to hang out with me since they already have their old friends, I haven't met someone in a similar spot. I'm not rich or famous or well-connected so I don't have anything extraordinary to offer but neither do most people. Seems like there's no way to make friends, none of the suggested things work.
