Onetis is horrible. Most people experience it at one stage unless you were clever enough to avoid the trap but for some this isn't the case. My relationship has ended and the thoughts and memories of her are haunting me every fucking hour. I'm keeping myself busy; gym every morning, studying for the rest of the time and if i'm not doing either of those i'm either reading or getting out of the house to do anything just to keep my mind at ease. I know the most common "treatment" if you will, is to just go out and meet other girls, but for me currently it's quite difficult to do because of my heavy workload. I'm really focused on my school work at the moment and don't want a relationship right now or really any kind of fling. I just want to recover and move on. My question is what are some strategies that a young college student could use to overcome this? Even if you don't know any tactics or whatever, just sharing your experience with it or offering some quality advice / words of wisdom would go along way for me, and I'm sure many others.

Thanks in advance. All opinions welcome.
