Obviously context helps. I've had promoter type girls add me for no other reason than their business agenda, go-go dancer types, etc. etc.

But in addition to those girls, I'm having this happen more and more often with randos that have no real explanation except as IOIs. Sometimes I won't even know who she is, but might know a friend of hers. If I do nothing then nothing seems to happen, I may run into them in the social scene or I may not.

Should I be taking this as a que to strike up conversation and try to get them to come out and do something?
