Bake your hot pockets for about 15 minutes. Take them out when they are nice and toasty and insert them one by one into your anal cavity. As long as you eat like a beta your going to look like a beta. Now go watch some Food Tube and Gordon Ramsay.

You gotta study all this stuff. The basics are: you need to eat more calories than you burn to put on weight. You'll probably add muscles and fat at the same time, most people can't gain muscle alone. You need enough protein, fat, good fat, sat fat. Look at boosting your T through resistance and diet (lots of websites about this). If you're skinny get enough carbs too and certainly don't restrict your cals.

Look at soylent or its DIY knockoffs - easy way to get everything you need without cooking.

The reddit fitness sub is pretty good.

No the only thing you need to look at is RDA, total calories and protein. Adding about 200-300 calories to your meals, eating a bit healthier and eating a bit more protein should do it for you.
