Currently, I am conflicted into two paradigms of thought. According to meta analysis of social conditioning, our peripheral motivation for executing an action is for a reward. Becoming a doctor for the extrinsic rewards seems to be penetrating reason why many students today fight tooth and nail for medical school. Furthermore, according to this premise, the very essence of the fundamental existence of a living organism via eating, occupying space insinuates as a reward. Relating to TRP- women would be considered a social reward for obedience to the system.

Before I explain the notion of reward, capitalism has been set up to benefit the wealthy.The regressive high income tax model and tax cuts for corporations clearly articulate the disparity between polarizing income levels. On an individual level, if one chooses to become a doctor as a profession one obtains financial freedom and cyclically, able to have choice. The ability to choose is a form of power which is a social acceptable definition of "freedom".

The conflicting thought which provocatively portrays an innate idealism of the purity of life would be "spirituality". The secondary syntax form is considered the internal groundings of the perpetual mindset one conceives through the creation of an internal reality- one which the economy cannot .
