Hey TRP,

It's been about 3-4 months since I've unplugged. Before TRP, I would frequent r/Seduction and it did wonders for my game. At a certain point I was juggling 3-4 girls. At the time, I thought I was just smooth as fuck. Now I know that I was simply showing high SMV and am naturally outgoing/dominant in conversations.

For the first month of TRP, I got pretty depressed by learning how relationship dynamics actually work and became a bit of a recluse. I got a bit pudgy, lost my plates, etc. However, over the last two months, I've regained this urge to constantly improve myself. I've accepted how relationships actually work, how we're fed BP lies, etc.

The one thing I can't shake is this sadness about how girls have all the power until age ~30. Just seeing female interactions through RP lens, it's become so disgusting to me to the point where my rationale side doesn't even want to be in a relationship. However deep down inside, I'm sort of a serious boyfriend type of guy and I hate how I'll constantly need to lead the relationship in order to maintain the relationship.

How long has it taken you to move past the anger phase? What do you feel like afterwards? How do you emotionally invest into an LTR after being unplugged?
