I'm an avid user of this subreddit, but I created a throwaway so that it can't get linked back to me just in case. I'm a European guy currently in Australia on a one year visa. I intend to stay longer.

Now, I've been seeing this girl, and she's planning to move back to her home town soon. This 1st girl: many red flags. I'm 25, she's 30. She's cheated on past boyfriends, had threesomes, had fuckbuddies, is a spender, but sex is good, and she's submissive, so I feel like as long as I hold frame, I should be in the clear. Now, while I wouldn't consider a LTR with this girl usually, here are the upsides. Her dad could get me a work visa for 3 years or I could even marry her (she's OK with that).

The 2nd girl I'm seeing: virgin, good-natured, 24, but not an Australian citizen, she's a New-Zealander.

Now, where I live right now, I already have a job, but they won't sponsor me to extend my visa, because they just don't do that. So I feel like, despite those red flags, the best strategy here is to go with the first girl, get my visa, and maintain frame.
