You're at the age where you don't need to read about this stuff. If you go outside and spend time talking to people you'll pick up most of this naturally.

I looked at your post history. You're pretty misogynistic. It's pretty sad at your age.

What you did wasn't wrong, I don't believe. Feminism seems to want to say that if men do something that women don't like, then men are wrong and being insensitive. If women do something that men don't like, then men aren't enlightened, or that the feminist point of view hast the moral high ground and so men are still wrong.

I'll boil it down to something basic. She was doing something you didn't like, and you stood up for yourself. What guy wants to sit with a girl and have her tell him how hot her boyfriend is?

TRP wants to hold women accountable for what they're doing. It wants to treat them like they're operating under some rationale. If she's sitting there telling you how hot her boyfriend is, and it's upsetting you, maybe she's not a pure special little snowflake, maybe she's doing it on purpose. If you just accept it then she gets validation for her relationship. By saying how hot he is, she wants to get under your skin by making you compare yourself to him. Roll over and accept it, or don't stand for it. You made the right choice.

Women don't sit around devising these evil plans, but it is something they do naturally.

What you shouldn't do is talk like this:

TRP isn't about that exactly. It's not seduction even if there is a lot of overlap. It's waking up to all the bullshit fantasy we're force fed. It's accepting that the desire for sex makes men and women act in different ways, and that we all are operating with different evolutionary sexual strategies. We're animals. This isn't a perfect world where you're going to meet your one and only, and your love will hold you together. You'll meet a girl you like and she'll judge you and seek to use you in the way that is best for her.

That's not to say that men and women can't be friends. Maybe a lot of people will disagree with me on that. I'd say, though, that f course they can. However, the second you start letting a woman treat you in a way that you don't like, that you wouldn't want a male friend to treat you in, and you start treating her in a way that you would never treat a male friend in, then you're just doing it for sex, and she's letting it happen for validation. This is what most male/female friendships are.
