Here's how the conversation went. It's an OKC date.

Me: Hey, you up for drinks tonight?

Her: Sure. Did you have a place in mind?

Me: Have you ever been to X?

Her: Yep! A few times.

Me: Then let's go there. Can you mean at 9:00?

Her: Sure! See ya then.

Her hours later: Hey... I'm sorry to change plans, but I need to drive my friend somewhere tonight & won't be back til later. Raincheck on drinks?

Me: You driving them out of state or something?

Me about five seconds later: I just checked with Canada, they're not expecting anyone. Get drinks instead.

Her: Haha! Yeah... but I won't be back til like ten & have to be up at 7 for work. I'm free any other night this week.

Me: That night's pretty hard for me. Let's get drinks and you'll get a solid 5 hours of sleep before work.

Her: Well you're a pushy one lol! Solid five hours doesn't sound so solid to me when I know I'm going to be outside for work.

Me: Where do you work?

Her: [My school's acronym] Outdoors

Me: Oh, you work at [different school out of state with the same acronym]. Now things make sense. Do as you must.

Her: Haha! You're such a smart ass.

Me: Tell [Famous guy who works at that school I mentioned] I said "Hi", okay?

Her: Doubt I'll see him, but if I do I'll send the message along.

She said she's free any night this week, is it kosher for me to text her or does that lose frame by coming to her? Should I wait? I'm also new to TRP, can someone critique how well I did via the text conversation?
