Long post here.

So I live a rural place,pretty poor. Im 16 years old and go to a pretty bad school,not a lot of opportunities in here. We have this commission coming to our school and they will decide who goes on a trip to America to explore further opportunities and to improve diplomatic standings. They will be testing our English skills but I will ace that. Im more worried about the wild card. There will be alot of self privileged girls that will be applying. They know English as much as I do,but im worried that the interviewer would be female and that I would get left behind. I need your help,what kind of stance should I hold? do I hold my view on things or play along? I need help beacuse this might be a very good opportunity for me.
