• Mate guarding

Shows scarcity and lessens your SMV

• Jealousy

Validates other men through preselection - being jealous essentially indicates that you are insecure in your own attraction

• Ultimatums

Anytime you demand an ultimatum, she sees it as weakness and actually is more motivated to go against your wishes.

• Opening up emotionally

This is constant in any relationship. They will always urge you to expound on your emotions and assure you that they can be trusted. Don't do it, ever. It will eventually be used against you.

• Commitment

It's hard to understand why this is inherently a bad thing because most men want the security that comes from a committed relationship. Women are the gatekeepers of sex, men the gatekeepers of commitment. When you willingly give it out, it diminishes your value in the same way a whore who puts out on the first date loses value. Never bring up commitment, remain aloof and naturally she will be more committed to YOU.

• Over availability

When a woman senses you are always available, she will lose attraction due to your lack of dread game. It can be hard to fake this, but flake on females, frequently.

It's not the moves themselves, it's what you communicate between the lines while doing them. Mate guarding can be violent but still beta.

Negotiation is the opposite of attraction and a concession of frame.
