Hi guys, I've been a lurker of this subreddit for a while now and I could really use your advice.
I was born with a congenital spinal condition, which had a negative impact on my nerves, therefore causing me to lose control over certain muscles below the hip. This makes it so that I waddle noticeably when I walk. This also means that my body uses triple the amount of energy to achieve the same tasks involving one's legs as opposed to a normal person would use. This is somewhat inconvenient because I sweat very easily whenever I'm using my legs (and no one likes to touch a sweaty person).
I know it's all about maximizing your strengths and minimizing your weaknesses. And I've tried, but it's not easy. Because let's face it, if you saw a stranger waddling or slightly limping when they're walking, you'd automatically perceive that person to be weaker regardless of the circumstances.
How should I tackle this issue and make myself more desirable despite my condition?
To other red pillers who have a physical disability, how did you go about overcoming it? Did you discover any ways to compensate in other areas despite your condition? Better yet, have any of you actually used your disability to your advantage to meet women?
P.S. I'm not ugly, I'm in good shape and I wouldn't say I'm socially awkward or inept.
