tl;dr good books and workout routines for the broke.
I've realized life is what you make it, and now I'm realizing I lack direction. I'm intelligent enough to slack off and get by and I was previously ok with that, but I'm starting to see how unhealthy that is, not only mentally and physically, but for my future.
I'm not here to get laid, I'm here with the hopes of bettering myself. I'm mostly interested in good books and other good reads. I'm ordering the following tomorrow: Richest Man of Babylon, The Rational Male, Bang/Day Bang and a couple others. What are some other titles to add, or should I drop any of the ones I'm already ordering.
I'm in the process of shedding weight. I'm 19 and was 280+ when I got out HS and I've worked down to 240 at 5'7. For the time being I only have access to the great outdoors, and a bench w/75lbs. Are there any minimalist weight loss work outs? Right now, besides a daily walk and doing pushups daily to get myself into some kinda routine my only real source of exercise comes from work.
