When you see her at the bar, acknowledge her, with a wink or a smile, but don't do anything to pursue her. She'll come to you, wondering why you haven't yet approached her.

You want to fuck, yes, but no one says you have to fuck her. You're still coming from a place of fear. People will call it scarcity here.

You had over invested and now you're obliged to compensate through detachment.

You're overthinking it dude. You know what to do here, but your old habits are clouding you. That urge to contact her is just old behavioural patterns pushing you to do what you're used to.

You've got shit to do? Do it. Don't put her above you and your errands. I know you wanna fuck, but she'll sense that if you pursue too hard. Women can smell desperation and it's an immediate turn off.

I say do your shit, because you're more important than some woman anyway, and if you see her tomorrow, well, then it will come off as incidental, and you can play it much more cool "Oh, hey, I didn't expect to see you here", as if she hasn't even been crossing your mind at all.

She's much more likely to eat that shit up than a text which tells her you're thinking about her (when she's probably not thinking about you), and gives her a very comfortable space for rejection. Texts, emails, all that shit, they're all buffers for rejection. It makes it easier for her to reject you, and easier for you to deal with it. I'd rather make the rejection harder for her to make, and risk it being harder to deal with if it does happen.

Btw, I didn't read the OP you linked, so forgive me if this advice is a bit off the mark.
