You're in an LTR and following a social event, your SO suddenly only responds to questions with one word answers. You know each other well enough that this is the 'silent treatment', i.e. conversations will remain like this for the foreseeable time.
Do you:
- Ignore, keep chatting, knowing responses are limited, and there's a maintained level of awkwardness
- Ask immediately what's wrong, (often resulting in a 'Nothing')
- Wait until hours/days have passed before demanding to know what's wrong
- something completely alpha that i haven't thought of
Additionally, how do you, as RPers, stop this ever occurring in the first place?
