So, a girl that I hooked up with several times ended a long-distance relationship with me several months ago. She ended it yet still wanted to be friends. I said no and told her that there would be no contact on my end, that I would move forward and you are either in it or you are not. She's good friends with my family who live in her area.

After about 3 months, she emailed me back today saying she thinks about me a lot and doesn't like the idea of there being bad blood between us.

Given I don't have an objective view of this. What do you guys think is going on on her end? What's the approach?
