Agree to the date, but tell her she's got to look sexy. If there is a particular outfit you like, tell her to wear it. This is you taking the lead and telling her you want her dolled up and looking hot. In doing so you establish the frame that this is a date and you have standards for dates, specifically that she better look her best.

That should initiate the tingles and as long as you maintain that frame and escalate, kino, push/pull, teasing, etc., you'll amplify those tingles and get her wanting it.

The way you typed this just makes me cringe. I have a feeling that she sees you as just a friend and you are an orbiter trying to leverage RP to work like magic with little to no actual seduction or RP practice.
