Whenever I feel a strong surge of emotion, whether it be anger, sadness, happiness, frustration, etc, I start to cry. I generally like that I can feel great waves and varieties of emotions, but I am concerned that I am too sensitive in general, especially as I am entering the workforce soon. Whenever I'm in the midst of a heated argument and/or find myself getting frustrated, I start crying. This quality is not attractive, especially in the workplace or in a long-term relationship. It's interesting because my brother, who is two years younger than me, can handle his emotions quite well.

Can any of you relate? Do you have recommendations on how to better control feelings?
