How about setting up this subreddit for user-configurable male and female flair similar to the way /r/askmen does it.

I know that the 'Red Pill Woman' flair already exists, but this is different because:

  1. there are optional flairs for both men and women
  2. users can set it themselves without bothering a moderator
  3. less obtrusive

I think most people tend to assume that all Redditors are male, but on a subreddit for women its more confusing.

This would also make it so posters don't have to keep saying "Guy here" or "Woman here" at the beginning of their comments.
