So I’m a sophomore in high school (grade 10) and I switched to a new school at the start of the year. I was initially very quiet at the beginning of the year, keeping to myself for at least 2 months. When I wanted to change was when I was grouped with two of the most popular people for a math assignment, and when we were socializing, I was rly nervous (physically shaking and unable to really talk).

I made more efforts to go out of my comfort zone, and from December until now, I’ve gotten a lot more attention from girls and the guys like me a lot more. As I’ve been talking to more people and lifting constantly, I’ve become a lot more popular, and I’m very comfortable in most social situations. This is where I ask you all for help. What can I do more to come out of my comfort zone? There are a bunch more people in my grade who I haven’t talked to much yet, so I’m working on getting to know everyone, but aside from that, what else can I do to step out of my comfort zone?
