After reading TRP for a year now, I've implemented a lot of great habits, and my life is better for it.
That said, it also came with a downside - I have a hard time trusting anyone or anything now completely.
If I want to pick up drawing, for example, I go through multiple tutorial previews thinking along the lines of - "How can I know this is where I should start and if this is gonna lead me to success? "What if I pick up bad habits from doing this" and so on.
In the end, this results in not doing anything at all. Instead of the blind belief that this is gonna help me which I had before, now there's doubt. The bluepill "belief" is completely gone, I doubt everything and everyone I see, and while it has some uses, I'm not exactly sure how it's a good thing. It almost feels like wether or not I chose the correct thing in life that will lead me to some success is almost purely random.
So how do you "believe" something so much that you almost blindly follow the advice? How can you stop doubting wether or not you chose correctly? Overanalyzing is a bitch.
