Good morning/afternoon/night fellow MGTOW brothers

I'm still in education and since schools have opened in some parts of the UK I'm just wondering how should i avoid girls my age. Some of them are a real pain in the ass and I'm glad to reject them at any time of day but its so hard. I know there are some less crazier and attractive females in my class, how ever this could be my hormones distorting my view on them (puberty fucking sucks) i just need some advice on how to control myself i have constant urges to go and talk to them.

I know i need to focus on my exams which will come in about 2 years but still. I feel so empty every time i avoid them but i know its for the best and they will do nothing but distract me from my end goal
