For the record:

Good women don't initiate, they just expect the opposite party to send a message. So what you should do is utilize push & pull.

Initiate a few times in the beginning.
Disappear.
Let her initiate.
Proceed as usual.
Initiate less than a few times. Less than before.
Repeat 3 - 4 - 5 in that order.

At the end, it should be %80 her initiating %20 you initiating. If that happens, you succeeded.

Very important side note: She might not be initiating just because she's too prude too. Know the fucking difference. Prude girls are much much worse than whore girls, know that too.
