Skimming the page: it looks like they caution against overinterpreting the GSS data shown in the graph, but they nevertheless conclude (based on CDC NSFG data), "incels are right to see themselves as part of a novel and fairly extreme change in our society’s sexual behavior." Caveat: IFstudies.org's definition of incel here = "involuntary virgin" -- or, perhaps a more transparent term based on how they identified this group in the NSFG survey data may be "unexplained virgin". The group points to factors associated with the delay in marriage as causal (probably not too surprising given IFstudies is a marriage/family policy thinktank).
