I had been in a very long LTR, and when I got out of it, I had a similar issue because I was so used to going with no rubber. I would slide one on and start pumpin and my dick would go limp after about a minute and a half. The problem was that the condom was to tight. I'm not gonna sit here and flex and act like my cock is enormous, but truthfully, it was to girthy for the Trojan Bare Skin or whatever its called...I switched to the Magnum XL and I am able to fuck like a champ now. It was so tight it was cutting off the blood flow. The only problem is, Magnum XL's are like 12 inches long, so there's a big lip of unrolled condom at the bottom, and that's VERY MILDLY irritating at first, doesn't hurt, its just weird. Give it a try. I have also heard the advice to try jerking off with a condom on to get used to it, did it once, couldn't tell if it was helpful, but its just a lot of work. Also, when I'm fucking my intention is to fuck as long as possible, and when I'm jerking off my intention is to nut as soon as possible so, its sort of counter productive.
