Why does the white girl get approached WAY more often than the black girl

I find feminine women attractive. When I see a black girl that takes care of herself and embodies the feminine role well its honestly more attractive to me than a white girl doing the same because in my experience it's less common amongst their culture and therefor exotic.

If I see a white girl acting trashy it's not attractive at all no matter how hot they are. I think skin tone doesn't play a part depending on where you're from

Black girl looks like she might stab my tires. She's objectively a point hotter, but the white girl wins a hotness;neediness comparison.
