As far as I'm concerned, you won't contract any STDs. They are transmitted through blood (e.g.: penetration intercourse,) not through saliva.
As for your relationship: if you mean infecting your girlfriend, don't fuck her for a little while, find out if you have a skin infection first. If so, visit the doctor, he will prescribe antibiotics, or something that helps.
