hey everyone, have been red pill for 4 months now, I lift, and read regular red pill material. No more Mr Nice Guy was huge for me.

This is strictly for those who contract in Construction and trades (mostly new residential and renos)

I have been a sub for a decade, and have begun my own contracts for about 15 months now. The transition has been a great journey, and I am in good standing with most of the guys I used to sub for. My questionis how to be accepted and brought in as a fellow contractor, not viewed as a sub contractor? There is enough work that it is not necessary for me to step on their toes when bidding.

It is important to me that I keep in contact with this group in order to stay in touch with regular code changes and the general feel of builders and trade positions based on the economy.

So for you guys out there who have seen someone who used to earn you money, what would it take to view them as an equal?

edit: phone post through sync. grammar fixes.
