I absolutely DESPISE these stupid, cheap tricks. "Why does she take so long?" "Take double the time to reply back." If she's truly interested, she'll let you know one way or another, as long as you don't obsessively text-bomb her. Just ask her out and you've got yourself the answer. If negative, or some other retarded excuse, unless she's offering an alternative, ditch and next.

You will never win a texting game. Plus it’s stupid and childish af. Just send her a couple of messages and see how she replies then ask her out if she sounds enthusiastic. If she always takes too long to respond then just drop her ass.

Always take at least double the time it takes for her to text back. If her reply time is especially atrocious borderline disrespectful either confront her about it without seeming needy or ghost/soft next her.
