Question: if there is a term for this behavior (discussing no or minimal threat, expecting strong reaction)

I know this is some sort of shit test but I am wondering if there is a specific term for this behavior.

The scenario is that this girl is traveling and says some guy hit on her. Benign sort of scenario, no stalking, no touching etc. Guy goes away after being told no interest. Tells story to ex-bf and then displays outrage that the guy doesn't react strongly and attempts to shame him for it. Just wondering if there is a specific term for this behavior. It seems like alot of this sort of toxic stuff gets lumped into "shit test" when a more specific term would help.
