Hello.
First time posting here, altho i hop here and there when something troubling me.
This time i have a question, which is stated in the title.
To do a little intro, i will write about my methods of tracking my progress.

So, on 5th of February i started writing what i call a Daily strategy. I take a little A5 paper every evening and write things i wanna get done the next day. I go way in depth, from something banal as 'drink 4 bottles of water' or 'do your morning routine' to what Weekly goals i wanna attack (which i also write on the same kind of paper, 3 greater goals and an extra goal every sunday from long before 5th of February, but have been wrinting those in this format (A5 paper) recently, i call them Big stones as 'ART OF MANLINESS' proclaims them in his videos). Besides daily chores, i also write things i DONT want to do, i.e. smoke more than 5 cigarettes, eat more than 5 sugary things and bite my lip all the time. At the bottom of the page, i write thing that im gratefull for today. Then the next day i read it and put my signature on the bottom, i like to think it as signing a contract with my past self to do the things my future self will benefit from, and my present self agrees with. At the end of a week i do my finances on the back of 4th A5 paper, as a week has 7 days, and i write a day on a single side, one side always stays empty. I keep them in DIY envelope titled with a name of the month and numbers of weeks that are included. I.e. February, 6th - 9th week of 2019.

After i'm done with writing my daily strategy, i go to my Journal (basic A5 lined notebook with rubber band to hold it together) in which i tick the boxes of what habits i curently want to develop, for that i use a red pencil, write things i did well or did extra (things that wasnt on my Daily strategy paper, but are beneficial to me) and things i did that are bad or i missed getting them done, with a little side note of why. Next i write few thing that infuenced my day the most, like; Today i woke up full of energy or Hearing about my friends story that made me think about whatever. I finish it of with something i heard today that i consider a good advice or a quote. I write that in blue pencil. The rest i write with regular graphite pencil. It takes a quarter of the page for each day. When i tick the habit box 63 times i reward myself with a token and go to next one (this has not happened yet).

So, how can i boil all of this data on a single piece of paper, in such a way that i can easily see what i did good, what i did wrong and so on. Im thinking about: counting the times i didnt tick a habit box, somehow acknowledge things that had the most influence/things i stumbled on many times/things i improoved upon. In essence, how do i write a recap of how my month went.

A bit of information about me that might help: im 22 y/o male, curently attending collage. I like having things that are in my control to go as i planned them, things that are not in my control, i try to accept as they are. I always liked to manage my life as efficiently as possible, and to write about it in a way that lets me keep track of my progress and journey. Im as hard working as it gets, quite disciplined and determined.

Give me contructive criticism about this method, but please try to explain it (I wont take ''Damn dude just get ur life together lol'' or ''Stop going so ballz deep on urself and just be happy cuz u did something'' as an advice, becouse those comments dont help me much). What i can improove about tracking my progress, how do i condense these pages and papers into something i can glance upon daily/weekly, knowing exactly what my actions ought to be to improove my situation.

TL;DR: How to do a easy-to-use progress tracking based on the last month, from daily bullet points and daily journaling.

Thanks
