Put your own oxygen mask on first.

That means take care of yourself before even considering others.

There's a reason you're on the bottom step, and it's related to the reason you've been allowing yourself to stay down there.

Any new group you join is going to see the insecurity and lack of self confidence in you and you'll end up in the same place.

In other words, a doormat remains a doormat regardless of which door it's under.

FIx yourself. Your one sentence displays neediness, lack of social skills, external validation issues, and some paranoia sprinkled on top.

Look inward, not out.

Stop assuming people have it out for you: they don't unless you are harmful to them or to the group.

If you get teased, tease back harder. Work out everyone's vulnerability and keep it in your back pocket. When they tease you, tease back with pre-planned vulnerability.

BUT THEN YOU MOVE ON. The idea is to lash back, laugh, and move on like it was all nothing.

Never accept teasing/victimisation/humiliation as a form of attention or group acceptance. The victim of the group is usually a willing participant. Don't be so willing to take it. Say nothing back, ignore, walk away. Hit back hard or say nothing (don't make a weak retort, this does nothing to help you).

Stop seeing yourself as being at the bottom. You can get halfway up in one evening just by being non-needy, having fun, getting other people to have fun, and STOP CONCENTRATING ON YOURSELF.

You've either got to prove your worth, which for a male, is by getting pussy.

The best way for you to do this is to approach and game women in isolation, away from your group.

Once you're landing more women and your social circle observes this, your social value will rise.

The other option is to work on yourself and find a new group that is ignorant of your low status, start fresh and present yourself better. Landing women helps.

If you’re at the bottom of a group then that means you’re a goofy/beta/pussy/ etc already. No group will disrespect a guy if he acts like a real man. Seperate yourself from the goofy/beta/pussy shit you got and become a man. I advise you to leave that group while fixing yourself and find another group with real men.
