First off, never agree to a dinner date. Saves you time and energy. I haven't been on a dinner date in probably a couple of years and only went on one because I was genuinely hungry and it was spontaneous. Tinder is loaded with leeches that fish for free meals, don't be that guy, since it could be literally anyone. Read that again, don't pay for women for the sake of paying for them. It's 2019, they'll tell you how they're independent, don need noh man, and you're making men everywhere look like stupid dogs by showing up like a good boy and paying.

Second, text her you 'already ate and you're still down to meet her at restaurant'. See if she tries to back out - she will. If they ask if it's dinner or drinks, the response is: 'I'll be drinking'. Bring cash, keep a closed tab by paying for every drink with cash. Separate checks if you somehow managed to fuck this all up and went to dinner.

You can do this a couple of different ways

Let her know beforehand that she will be paying for herself. Be blunt about it. She may call the dinner off, so what.

Or you could proceed with the date and at the end ask the waiter for separate checks and when she's like, "wtf" just tell her you dont pay on first dates. Maintain frame and be cool about it.

This problem comes up because women ENGINEER it to come up, and she has a million ways to force the issue from not bringing her wallet to guilting you into "being a proper man". It's all exploitation.

Another plan: straight up asking "Are we going halves on dinner or is this a man-pays deal?" If she says anything other than halves just cancel because she wants to exploit you.

Look.... girls who want to fuck you want to get to know you, throw a few shit tests your way, then FUCK you. Girls don't need dinner to fuck.

Look...... dinner dates are for after you've fucked a girl. Don't go out for dinner because girls will hate you if you make them pay their share and disrespect you if you pay for them. Avoid it because you're a loser in her eyes either way.

Engineer every possible situation to avoid this shit. Pay as you go with bars, avoid dinner dates, get girls out for coffee or drinks.

Dinners are great in the movies, but really you're watching each other eat and you can't touch her. It's terrible for seduction.

If dinner is every on the cards, you agree who pays BEFORE YOU STEP INSIDE. "Yeah... we're both hungry... could go out for dinner.... are you ok paying half? got your wallet with you?" If she agrees half and then reneges at the end of the night, you ditch that girl on the spot and walk out.

You can't win 'em all, but this is the general approach you wanna take. I've never had to buy dinner to get laid.
