I've been with my LTR for several years. She started going back to school in a STEM major, but is also working to pay bills at the same time. As a result, even though our relationship appears fine and she still asks me to hang out with her and such, she's always tired. She spends almost all her time either studying or being at work, but she also tells me how she feels like she doesn't feel supported by me. When she tells me about her issues, I usually just respond with a variation of "Okay, I understand". I do offer to help in other ways, such as helping with her studying and homework, which benefits me in other ways when we finish studying, if you know what I mean. But otherwise, my LTR is a very smart person; she'd probably get 4.0s if she wasn't working, but she's only pulling off 3.7-3.8 because working and going to school is so stressful.

I'm wondering if I should be concerned about her issues, or if there's anything I can do to help her or display that she can feel less stressed out about the situation? I feel that, since we are in an LTR, we should support each other to an extent. I do feel that she benefits my life and supports me a lot, so is it important for me to do so for her in some way or another?
