So I'm actually getting out there and approaching women, finally. I've gotten a few numbers and had some successes setting up dates, but I've had a lot of failures.

Case 1:

Purchased a suit for a new job, cute girl was serving me and hemming my suit. Some good banter and subtle flirting. I left the store, then thought 'fuck that, I want her number' so I went back in and got her number. Texted her later that day. It went like this:

me: "$700 is a lot to pay to get your number"
her: "LOL! I didn't ask you to spend 700"
me: "humble brag. YOu're just a great salesperson"

her: "You're just saying that"
me: "Nah serious. But I could teach you a few things"

her: "what would I improve on"

me: "come for a drink tonight and I'll show you"
After this she didn't respond at all.

Case 2:

Matched with a girl on tinder. Lots of interspersed back and forth, but I eventually got her number.

me: "Hey I'm looking to get my heart broken over a few aggressive coronas, heard you could help out" (a few reference jokes)
her: "Well hello. Look who got my message in time *laughing emojis*"

me: "Lol, what are you up to this weekend?"

her: "having a a pretty quiet one actually. Think I need a bit of a detox after summer haha. Youself?"

me: "It's a long weekend, I'm getting a bag of coke lol."

no reply. Next night:
me: "come get a drink tonight"

no reply. I'm pretty sure I know why this one went wrong, I should've not replied for another day after she asked what I was doing.

Case 3:

Met a girl at a club on saturday night. She was high on MDMA (so was I). We didn't kiss at all, but there was definitely some attraction there. I got her number just as I was leaving.

me: "Hey this is MethIsDeath, we met at *clubname* on saturday. How are you?"
no reply.

Pretty sure this one was just cause she was much younger and probably had an ex come in to the picture (she did mention that).

I really hate text game and I suck at it, much better at face to face. And it frustrates me that I'm able to get numbers and obviously there's some attraction, but the text just kills it.
