When i got pilled i started having this urge. To turn up the AF as much as possible, and default to it. I am unsure this is even the right way to use TRP.

A 100% AF wouod never commit, probably would fuck off every time they fuck and may never even get round two off. Plates consistently seeing someone and FWB seem like an antithesis of 100% AF.

Many here like to have FwBs. Some of use even LTRs. To me it seems contradictory. We must display at least some degree of Beta behaviour otherwise these things cant happen? Some call it “comfort”?

This is what i guess i stuggle with. I always have veered on the side of too much AF. Can you sprinkle some beta here and there?

I have a fwb who i am 2 points above in smv. Shes post wall childless (41) and succesful. There is passive dread without even trying. She has even told me she feels like shes setting up for failure and that she will just be a phase of my life, but she is still continuing my frame even without me commiting. At times i really am unsure if this is one of those situations you need to turn it down more than usual. It would be a shame to smash a playe due to lack of comfort rather than too much beta.
