Senior in HS, as is the girl I refer to in this post.
Interesting case here. This chick is very attractive (As every guy who talks about her mentions), however has a rather irking, childish personality. Due to this, and the cutthroat nature of HS groups, she was “bullied” or told off to such an extent that she transferred schools. Turns out she was bullied there too, and came back to her original school, where I attend.
In order to make this girl into a plate (or potentially LTR if I choose) is it wiser to stick solely with the core RP values of non-commitment and lack of assurance towards this chick, or to extent some comfort towards her, while still maintaining overall strong frame?
While I know the golden rule of RP is to stick to the basic tenants, it seems to me that these actions will not be as effective to a girl who is already used to being ignored and refused comfort from other men. Thus, it seems logical that a distinction from this norm via small comforts benign extended to her would prove more effective in securing her as a plate.
Side note: I took her to Prom, and we had a great time, really hitting it off, but due to poor logistics I was unable to close. So I have already gained some form of commitment/connection with this girl, but understand the necessity of moving quickly to close and seal the deal.
TLDR: Attractive chick I took to Prom gets bullied for her irritating personality. In order to plate her, should I offer a slight level of comfort/assurance to her, or stay fully committed to original RP tenets?
