Her: hey sorry, I didn't get your message, still at work. You never texted me so I wasn't sure if tonight was still on.

Me: Ohh my message never went through! Yes I'm still going to go! You coming along?

No response

I'm on a shitty carrier, but how do I know if my message is going through for sure? I don't want to be wondering if my messages are going through or not because if I keep sending multiple messages I'll come off as needy if both go through. On the other hand, how do I even know she got one? I feel like this broad would be receptive to a phone call.
