Get a new attorney. They're not gonna be able to force you to do shit without actual evidence. The issues with false rape accusations have to do with the connotations of being accused and with college rape tribunals, not evidence free plea bargains. If there's not much more to this story, you should be able to win at trial.

How does that work? Can't you just go to trial? It seems like you are getting screwed anyways, so why not take it all the way?

Plus where do you live? Doesn't the burden of proof lay with proving you are guilty? Can't you counter sue for slander/ liable?
