The lower the quality of genetic material, the greater the desire to breed. This trend was noticed well over 100 years ago. Thanks to modern medicine, the stupids usually mate with stupids and are increasing at a far greater rate then intelligent people.

Go to a developing nation, intellegent people usually have 3 kids at the most. Stupid people usually have as many as they can pump out.

So all that will mean is stupid people will be able to breed for an additional 20+ years.

Yeah they are going to run into a serious problem, a women is born with all the eggs she'll ever have in her life. Building a new overy doesn't reproduce the eggs and if they were to do that then there is some very serious cloning issues their going to trip up on. So while they could probably do away with the biological side effects of menopause, refilling the egg supply would definitely be a problem.
