Yes, run away. I seriously do not think that men and women can be "jsut friends". They guy is either a beta orbiter wanting to fuck her, or just a plain alpha plain out going to fuck her. She may think they are friends, but the guy wants more.

He obviously was filling some sort of need she wasn't getting from her fiance. Since her fiance is dependable and sucessful it must be because he's more of a man, better looking, or something.
I know girls who do this all the time. They chat with other guys, or skype them, "They are just friends she says". She's fishing, keeping her options open.

Not good for the fiance.
