You really only have to read the first paragraph. The author extends the presumption of innocence not to the accused, but to the accuser. In other words, he puts the burden of proof not on the accuser but on the accused.
He is literally insane. Yet this link is currently on the front page of r/feminism, with over 200 upvotes.
